Welcome to the Technical Thought Refund Rules.

All products sold on the Website are digital goods and cannot be “returned”, therefore your right to a refund is designed with this in mind. Of course, in addition to these rules, each country has its own laws regarding refunds, and these local laws do not override these if they apply to you.

In case you are dissatisfied with the digital goods, you have the freedom to cancel the order and request a refund from us. Our policy for cancellations and refunds is as follows:

All our digital goods have a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. At any time within these 14 days, write to Support@TechnicalThought.com to claim a refund. Once processed, the refund amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 3-5 working days if the refund is approved by Narendra Kahar.
